Both are Shitz poo with a bit of maltese from the grandfather

I am a personal trainer, massage therapist and yoga and pilates teacher on land and in water. I have innovated a water class I call H2core and I have innovated a style of massage called Taos Rocks Hot Stone therapy.

What is one thing your dog does that reminds you to open your heart and love more deeply?

My dog Bijoux assists me during massage by being in the room and meditating and sending love to the clients and me. Both Bijoux and Sanchi will come into the room when we are doing yoga and demonstrate the perfect up and down dog poses and then kiss every one when we are on the floor at tongue level
