What is your dog's breed? (If you have more than one dog, please list a name followed by breed.)
My hubby, Ron, and I work with Schnauzer Love Rescue, Inc., a rescue org that places and rehomes miniature schnazuers across the SE. We LOVE doing this and have met so many wonderful people and loved so many great furkids. We also transport for Deaf Dog Rescue, having fallen in love and been owned by a deaf MinPin.
What is one thing your dog does that reminds you to open your heart and love more deeply?
The way my disabled baby, Suri, cries with happiness when I get home like I am the center of her world., It's very humbling. Also the memories of my heart dog, Mollie, make me smile, cry and relive the wonderful 13 1/2 years we shared.
Hi Jennie, Your babies are adorable!! I have two black mini schnauzers. Noel is 4years and 12lbs. Her daughter Willow is 2 years and 6lbs. They are the love of our life along with Duke a 4 year old mtn. fiest. I would like to be a part of your group "Mini Schnauzer Lovers" I just joined and have a lot to work on uploading pics etc. Maybe soon I will have thier pics posted.
Jennie: Thank you for your reply about our Stormy. He is also a couch potato. What we love about him is that he loves to sleep under a blanket with his head covered up. What a guy. He has a security blanket. Your picture of your Schnauzer is darling. I am sure that no matter what the breed of the dog is, is that when you love them, they love you back. We have two disabled people in our home and this is the best therapy anyone can ever have. It helps them focus on hugs, rather than than their disability. The love we get from our friends are best helps in life ever. God Bless you and your family for caring. Linda
