The puppies are perfect for you both; there is similarity between the expressions of Kanga, Roo and Maui.

Last night was one of the worse nights of my life. I lost my 15 year old terrier mix Rusty. We adopted Rusty when he was 2 form a rescue shelter. Rusty lost his left eye to cancer 5 years ago the same time I lost my leg. Rusty still had a real zest for life he did amazed us. Then 2 years ago he went completely deaf. He still did well and learned some sign lanuage. he was doing very well and still had a real love for life. Suddendly he was slowing down more and more but had no pain and still had… Continue

Congratulation on your two new babies, they are just adorable.... I find that having more than one makes for a very happy household. Besides you and Molly will have one each to spoil rotten and love endlessly. Can't wait to see more pictures and stories. Give them a big kiss and hug from me.. Doni

The puppies are so sweet and Maui will be so very happy that you won't be alone any longer and that two puppies will have the perfect home. I am so disappointed that everyone isn't so happy for you. If we all rescued, there would eventually be no more purebreds and no more Maui's. I believe that some people should rescue but some should have the cute little puppies like Kanga and Roo. We are just not all destined to have pit bull rescues. What a Christmas gift. Enjoy.

I have lost all faith in you for "buying puppies". There are 5 million animals put to sleep in this country every year and people such as yourself are the cause for it. You call yourself an animal lover, but because of you the breeders and puppy mills will continue. We, animal people have begged the Obama's to adopt because it is the right thing to do and you go out and purchase puppies! Shame on you and remove me from your list!

We need your support and we are urging everyone to get involved. Please if you can ask your members to write letters, make phone calls, sign the petition. We need the Judge and Prosecutor to know that the world is watching this case very closely and that this man must be held accountable for his actions and prosecuted for the full 19 counts of animal cruelty, not 4. Please visit the www.nitrofoundation.com website, the information is there along with the story of one of the seven… Continue

My name is Mandi
and I have been a moody, *itchy golden for over a year now. Mommy is blaming herself but really it's the vet's fault. He should of known I had a bladder infection but he never caught it until a few weeks ago when mommy took all of us to the vet's for other reasons and mommy patted some of my urine on a paper towel and put it in a plastic bag for the vet to smell. He never did smell it, instead he took a urine sample and found out… Continue

What a phenomenal gift! You are blessed. One can feel the essence of Maui from the portrait.
Enjoy your visit to Honolulu. If it is meant to be , the pup will find you...

I just want to thank everyone for all the wonderful prayers! Rusty lived twice as long as the vets said he would, he lasted two more months. I had to make the decision of euthanizing him when he finally got too ill. The vet came to our house and he passed in my arms as I spoke to him. I have never felt such a huge loss before! I would not be alive today if he had not have been here, he was a real hero when it comes to service dogs!
He did get to meet Spirit, and learned to love her before… Continue

What a beautiful gift........I took a picture of my Pearlie Girl 2 months before I lost her at 18 years of age. It was on my phone, but through modern technology I was able to extract and make 5x7.........great photographs. I need to have a portrait done.............she was something else. Thanks for sharing.

I just discovered this site and I think it's swell. My daughters have been telling me I need to write down the dog's stories so I'm going to start with Joey. That's his picture on my profile. Joey is no longer with us but he was one of the sweetest little dogs I've ever had and he touched my heart in a way no other has.
When I rescued him and his mom, Ginger, the temps had been topping 110 for nearly two weeks and these poor critters had been dumped in an industrial yard with a bag… Continue
